Meet Ariel Griggs
Ariel Griggs is a licensed real estate associate broker with Foundation First Real Estate, working in both commercial leasing and residential real estate in the Mobile area.
Ariel has developed and taught Alabama real estate licensing education, including pre-license and post-license courses. She also owns Greater Mobile Tax & Small Business Accounting, so students learn the business side of real estate too: commissions, 1099 income, recordkeeping and taxes.
Greater Gulf Coast Real Estate Institute was founded to give future and current agents a school that teaches the exam material and the real-world skills that come after it.

Registration received
Last step: pay your tuition to hold your seat. You'll be taken to PayPal, where you can pay with a PayPal account or a debit or credit card.

- Your registration is sent to the school right away
- PayPal emails you a payment receipt
- You'll receive class details and Google Classroom access before your first class
Refund & Attendance Policy
- Within 3 business days of payment: full refund.
- 7 or more days before the first class: full refund, minus a $25 processing fee.
- Less than 7 days before class: no refund. You may transfer to the next session once at no charge.
- Once classes start: no refunds for any course, including Pre-License.
- If the school cancels or reschedules: choose a full refund or a seat in the next session.
- To request a refund: email info@greatergulfcoastrei.com. Approved refunds are returned through PayPal within 10 business days.
- Attendance: you must complete all required hours to receive your course completion certificate. Missed hours must be made up first.
